How to brew
Add 1 teaspoon (approximately 1–2g) to a cup. Pour over 150–200ml hot water at roughly 80–90°C, steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain. Enjoy hot or chilled. Add lemon for a purple colour shift, or honey to taste.
